By accessing and using EmailSnapshot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. USE LICENSE

EmailSnapshot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or business email management purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use EmailSnapshot:

To circumvent account controls or encryption settings
To abuse our analysis services
To attack our systems with denial of service attacks
To send spam emails to our system
For any illegal or unauthorized purpose
To violate any laws in your jurisdiction
To harm or exploit minors in any way
To transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code

4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Specifically, we may terminate accounts for:

Abuse of our system or services
Attempting to circumvent account controls
Attempting to bypass encryption settings
Denial of service attacks
Sending spam emails
Any activity that threatens system integrity
Violation of these Terms and Conditions

5. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
Restricting access to your account
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your email forwarding is configured correctly

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee that EmailSnapshot will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL EMAILSNAPSHOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EmailSnapshot and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

9. PAYMENT TERMS

- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EmailSnapshot and its licensors.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
