Affiliate program terms
By joining or promoting EmailSnapshot as an affiliate, you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service.
1. Joining the program
We review every application and may accept or decline any applicant at our discretion. You must provide accurate contact and PayPal details and keep them up to date.
2. Promoting EmailSnapshot
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your link. Do not send unsolicited email or messages, make false or misleading claims about EmailSnapshot, present yourself as EmailSnapshot, or use your own link to buy for yourself or people you pay to sign up.
3. Commissions
You earn 25% of a referred customer's first successful payment after the referral discount. Renewals and later payments do not earn commission. Only the first valid affiliate link followed within 30 days of the purchase receives credit. Our tracking records decide which affiliate, if any, receives credit.
4. Review and payment
Each referred sale is reviewed for at least 30 days before its commission is approved. Approved commissions are paid monthly through PayPal. You are responsible for any taxes and PayPal fees on your earnings. If a purchase is refunded or disputed after its commission was paid, we may deduct that amount from future payouts.
5. Fraud and abuse
If we suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms, we may withhold, reverse, or cancel any commission, including commissions already approved but not yet paid, and suspend or close your affiliate account. Fraud includes self-referrals, fake or incentivized signups, stolen payment methods, cookie stuffing, and misleading promotion. Our decision on these matters is final.
6. Ending participation
You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or end any affiliate's participation at any time, with or without cause. If we end participation for a reason other than fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms, we will pay commissions already earned once they pass review.
7. Changes and relationship
We may change the program or these terms at any time. Changes apply to sales referred after they are posted on this page. Affiliates are independent and are not employees, agents, or partners of EmailSnapshot.
